According to The Bible, hating others is a sin because God wants us to love each other. If we hate one another, we're disobeying God's commandments; therefore, we are sinning against God. However, the Bible itself states that God hates sin, but He loves the sinner. If God doesn't hate people, then we shouldn't either.

Anyone who hates another brother or sister is really a murderer at heart. And you know that murderers don't have eternal life within them . just ask god for forgiveness

β 13y agoWell no it's not. The 7 deadly sins are Pride, Envy, Gluttony, Lust, Anger, Greed, and Sloth. I guess you could consider hatred as either Envy or Anger.
