∙ 13y agoNo, Roxicodone contain's Oxycodone, which is the same ingrediant that is in Oxycontin, but the contin in Oxy"Contin" stands for continual release. Lortab, Vicoden, or Norco, contain Hydrocodone. The effects are almost the same, but roxicodone comes in instant, or exstended realease with or without acetaminophen. Hydrocodone always has acetaminophen / Tylenol
