Ice cream could be either a heterogeneous or homogeneous mixture depending on the type. For example, vanilla ice cream would be homogenous because of its uniformity. However, a flavor like rocky road would be heterogeneous because of the different amounts of chocolate, marshmallows, and nuts in each scoop.

No, unless it has a mixture of things in the ice cream. Like rocky road ice cream. Other wise it is a homogeneous mixture.

Ice cream like plain vanilla or plain chocolate would be a homogenous mixture. Ice cream with nuts or other chunks of things in it would be a heterogenous mixture.
