AnswerErm do you mean dried or liquid ink? If you mean liquid then i assume it would be a mixture as it is a pigment mixed with water which you can then separate back ut into water and dried pigment - but as to wether the pigment is a compound or a mixture i no not - would be guessing is a compound as i can't see a way to separate a compound but not sure.
