Yes it is bad, because coca cola has alot of unneeded sugars, fats, calories, and carbs and The sugar will rot your teeth and make you gain alot of weight while the fat will too ... Plus everyone has a recommended daily amount of carbs and calorie and cokes make it easy to go over yours! Then Caffeine makes your face breakout which isn't cool! You can still drink them but remember theyre not good for you ! (AT ALL!)If you love coca cola so much try drinking them occasionally or one a day or one every other day!
There is growing evidence that the long term use of an soda pop is causing osteoporosis.
I drink alot of coke as well and just did some research.Long term effects can interfere with your sleep routine, damages your teeth in terms of stains and discolorations. Finally because of the large sugar content it can affect blood pressure,Diabetes etc.
The sugar in it will give you plenty of calories, which you might not need. Can cause weight gain. The fizz and the sugar will stage a chemical attack on your teeth, increase the risk of you developing cavities.
The sugar and some of the other contents can cause a "sugar rush" making you hyperactive.
If you drink too much all in one go, expect an upset stomach. Maybe vomiting.
You get fat.
No, all kids 9-15 are allowed to have coke as long as they are healthy
Answer:I'm not a doctor but maybe he's tired of it. His body has had it so long that his body needs something different. He's had it too long. The best way to get rid of the headaches would be to have him drink a different soda for a while and then go back to Diet coke. This should make him lose the headaches and no problem. I am going through the same thing. I switched from regular coke to diet coke. Been drinking it for years. Again, I'm not a doctor, but all my doctor wanted me to do is keep popping antibotics. Pill after Pill, It was mistaken for Sinus Infection, then I realized that the problem was drinking diet coke. The best way to get rid of the headaches is ween off of soda altogether. Its not good for you, and addicting as I well know, but I have seized in having the sharp head pains. Also, I believe that its the artificial sweetner that is in the diet soda. I think finally that my body can no longer fight the effects of what "fake sugar" does to your body. Maybe that is what is occurring with your husband. Hope it helps.
It's okay with no sides effects except the long term usual side effects of coke & all similar drinks, & of course the effects of having an overdose of paracetamol, But characteristic side effects for both of them together is not reported yet.
no so long as you do not overdose on the tablets.
Since Diet Coke has NO sugar, any other soda has more sugar than it does, so long as it's a soda and not a diet drink.
No
the short term effects on an unbalanced diet has effect like
no!!! as long as you drink water once in a while...
Not a lot of diet sodas use Splenda. If I am correct, I would say none do other than diet coke with splenda and pepsi one. Diet soda usually uses something called aspartame and can cause headaches and brain cancer over a very long period of use. Also, If you're looking to lose weight by drinking diet soda, I wouldn't unless you're limiting what you eat, other wise the lack of real sugar will cause you to eat different fatty foods.
It does not aid in weight loss. It is a drink loaded with chemicals that allows it to mimic the taste of real Coca Cola but with no calories. These chemicals may have long term health effects. I do not recommend drinking it.
it takes 30 min for it to freeze
You can get Cirrhosis or even different cancers from excessive drinking in long term effects of consumption.
