All guinea pigs have poor vision in the first place, but it doesn't matter whether their red eyed or any other colour, they still have the same about vision. But they can still distinguish colours.

∙ 13y agono they were just born with it. it is known as a disease that some guinea pigs have. by the way this does not effect their hearing, sense of smell, and their digestive system. but it may affect the way they act or their eyesight maybe. [ i call them evil guinea pigs ]

If they are albinos. Otherwise their eyes are black. (Although I've seen a few pics of blue eyes on one site!)
