It is actually not bad because if a guy has long hair that means they are only trying to look cool but it some times looks it's bad because guys are not really meant to have long hair. I've actually researched and this guy said that he has long hair because when he had short hair looked retarded but on some guys. On my opinion i wouldn't have long hair because it sometimes makes you look like hobo or something.
