IT'S NOT BAD BUT IT'S NOT NECESSARY EITHER UNLESS YOU OWN A HIGH PERFORMANCE SPORTS CAR OR LUXURY VEHICLE.
It can burn a little smokey but that really wont hurt your motor. If you are worried about burning old gas just get an octain booster and add it to the tank of gas.
Water buildup in the gas tank, causeing fizing in the fuel lines.Octain is important to a combustion engine, there has to be anough explosive energy. If theres an abundent of water excess, the engine cant conbust properly, there for causeing stalling. Clean your gas tank out.Put omly high octain fuel, even had octain booster your car will combust and run smooth.
add some octane booster/fuel treatment to your tank until you can fill up with good gas and flush all of it out.
I have a land rover freelander and I filled my tank with regular 85 octain, manufactor says only to use 87 octain and above. I called the dealer ship to explore my options as far as solve to my mistake and was told there was not a problem with using 85 octain, I hope this is of some help...
your local paintball field. Or you can purchase a scuba tank and adapter to fill the paintball tank with and every once in a while fill the scuba tank up if you live like out in the middle of nowhere
I fill mine every 2 weeks but that has no relation to how often you fill yours. That is directly related to how much you drive.
reinstall the gas tank and all that good stuff, then pour octane booster in your gas tank and fill up. then crank it over. it would be a good idea to change the fuel filter also.
autozone sells octane booster but some of that and fill your tank with the highest octane your local gas station sell and add in the octane booster.
I fill up my tank every week i.e. 52 times a year. I hope that answers your question!!! =]
1.5 hours
You have to fill the overflow tank as the radiator does not have a fill cap. Run the engine as you fill the overflow tank but just up to the marks on the tank.
Every time I fill up my tank from empty I get in about 17 gallons if I fill it up all the way up the spout.
