Is it bad to use face moisturizer under and around eyes?

It's not "bad" per se, but you could buy moisturizer specifically for the eye area as the skin around the eye is very sensitive and prone to wrinkles.
Also, be careful to not get lotion in your eyes and rinse it out when you do.
