If your state requires you to have a yearly inspection in order to validate the license tag, yes. It must have an inspection sitcker displayed. If you have a second residence in Florida, register the car in FLorida and just leave it there - like you apparently do anyway.
No idea and don't try to find it online either because maine is a cheap and inconvenient state and it would make too much sense to have this answer easily found. They don't even send out registration reminders so they can scam more people out of fines.
Check your gas cap. The check engine light may come on if the gas cap isn't on tight enough. As for whether a car can pass inspection in Maine this way, I do not know.
Unfortunately, not. My inspection in my Jetta is due and I just found out that I need to pay around $1500 to have my airbag light turned off in order to pass inspection.
Look at the small pink sticker they give you at the grocery store. Maybe you can win something
the answer is Maine. you better be glad that I found the answer, bubbo! Just Kidding. but the answer is Maine.
I believe it's the distance traveled if one was to walk the entire Appalachian Trail- Georgia to Maine, or vice versa.
In the town of Orono, Maine.
In Maine, a car will not pass inspection if the ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) light is illuminated. The presence of the ABS light indicates a potential issue with the braking system, which is a critical safety component. Inspectors are required to ensure that all safety features, including the ABS, are functioning properly for the vehicle to pass. If the ABS light is on, the vehicle must be repaired before it can pass inspection.
