I'm surprised he even lets you on top of that soap box. It has to be verbal abuse because if he was physical you'd find yourself on the floor! Some people just argue and it doesn't mean they are an abuser. It sounds as if you certainly have the freedom to say what you want, so I hardly call that abuse. You have two choices: Either sit down like two adults and work this out, or split-up. Your choice! Good luck Marcy
