This shows that when suspended load is zero. the extension in wire is also zero which is correct. For more details, contact at saqibahmad81@yahoo.com

What is used to measure hertz?

This unit was named after a person, so it is capitalized: Hertz. A Hertz is a unit of one cycle per second in an electric circuit. Outside of an electric circuit, the correct unit is CPS, or cycles per second.

Do protons have positive charge neutrons have negative charge and electrons have no charge?

No, protons have positive charge, electrons have negative charge and neutrons have no charge

Name two factors that affect the strength of electric force and explain how they affect electric force?

I'm not sure what this question really means - should it be more like "what two things affect the force between two electric charges?" If this is correct then the answer is probably: 1. The amount of charges. 2. The distance between the charges.

What are the advantages of a stress-strain diagram over a load-extension diagram for showing the result of a test?

It should be noted that Load - Extension ( displacement ) diagram is more advantages than stress- strain diagram . It is so because any "foot correction' ' (initial slackness ) cannot be complete corrected to arrive at proof stress or elastic limit . Since Y & x axis values are divided by area & gauge length respectively thus correction is erroneous due to divisor .Thus Load - Extension is more fundamental to arrive at a correct straight line to get off set value J.
