However she does experience abundant rainfall, so the temperature can range from 32 degree Celsius (during bright sunny days) to23 degrees Celsius (when there is rain and/or wind). Singapore is generally cooler during the monsoon seasons, when rainfall is more abundant and there are stronger winds.

No. Hong Kong's climate is subtropical so it tends to be temperate for almost six months of the year:

During November and December there is a tendency towards pleasant breezes, plenty of sunshine and comfortable temperatures.

January and February can still be sunny at times but tend to be more cloudy, with occasional cold fronts followed by dry northerly winds. Temperatures can drop to below 10 C in urban areas.

March and April can also be very pleasant although there are occasional spells of high humidity with fog and drizzle starting to set in.

May to August/September are hot and humid with occasional showers and thunderstorms particularly from May to June and especially during the mornings. At this time of year, afternoon temperatures often exceed 31 C whereas at night, temperatures generally remain around 26 C with high humidity.
