the butler should know atleast more than two languages because maybe the house he/she serving doesn't know a specfic language, so he have to know their language so he can understand them. for instance: an American butler went to France and he/she doesn't know french, and the butler only knows English. is the butler going to understand them? .. ofcourse the butler will not understand.
