what do you mean by pressure, is it constant or just every once in awhile? I would def. go see a doctor ASAP. It could be the way the baby is sitting or even a UTI but just incase its something more serious I would get checked out. Are you having any vaginal bleeding or abnormal discharge? Does the pressure go away with rest? Its normal to feel some changes in pregnancy, but at 13 weeks it should not be too uncomfortable and I dont know much about feeling vaginal pressure, how has your pregnancy been so far? I would really get checked out as it can be a sign of preterm labor.

No, have your self check you might have an on going vaginal infection which is not good cause it can cause premature contraction if not treated.
It can be normal for a woman's vaginal discharge to be thick. However, if it is yellow, green or brown in appearance and has a particularly strong odour, it is advisable to see a doctor as there may be an infection.
