YESS!!! Im a twelve year old girl too! and unfortunately..im still a size 32AA.(: but..
that means you are petite..and small. like mee. and all my friends are a 34 AA. its okay girl!!
OF COURSE IT IS! Please sweetie don't worry about your bust size now. I know alot of people probably already say that to you, but most women stop breast growth at 18-21! So don't worry now. You still have another 6-9 years! Hope this helped :D

There are many women of all shapes, ages, and sizes in the world with smaller breasts than this and many with larger breasts than this. Some women with low body fat levels and who may be clinically underweight (as diagnosed by a physician) will have breast sizes which are smaller than their potential since much of breast size is body fat. A healthy diet would counteract this. However, only a physician could tell if a particular woman's breast size was a result of some health defect or deficiency or abnormality, so consult a doctor if this is a concern.
