I believe it is, either due to a bump above the eye causing a nerve to flex or an approach to upcoming blindness. Go to an optician, they can be sure to help you and guide you through this process. If you are seeing sparks like light dashes when you are walking, i would recommend that you visit an optician immediately.
and
it's really normal
That all depends on what is meant by "normal." If by "normal" someone is expecting clear vision without glasses, then no, vision will not be "normal" unless an "Advanced Technology Intraocular Lens" has been chosen. Most people who do not have other eye disease (such as glaucoma or macular degeneration) do see clearly with spectacles once the eye has fully healed from surgery. Immediately after surgery, most people can resume their daily activities. However, vision may still be blurry during the first weeks (until such time as new spectacles have been prescribed). With a standard implant and uncomplicated surgery, "spectacle-corrected distance vision" (with glasses) will usually be in the range of 20/20-20/30 if there is no other eye disease.
conjunctivitis
Problems such as a cataract may require eye surgery to clear the clouding of the eye lens. Also, surgeons provide solutions to numerous conditions such a blurry vision. This process is known as Automated Lamellar Keratoplasty Eye Surgery or ALK.

Carrots!!!! This answer is actually partially correct carrots contain something that helps clear up your eyes so they aren't so blurry if you have that problem but If you a don't have the blurry problem and you actually can't see then you should get laser eye surgery or get some glasses or some contacts.
