There are times when most young women will experience a slight discharge of what looks like mucus. This can occur after urination, at certain times in the menstrual cycle; it is generally clear, and stringy, as you described, and such a vaginal discharge is generally quite harmless. However, if you have a vaginal discharge that is yellowish or greenish in color, or if it has a strong odor, it may be the sign of an infection. A doctor can easily diagnose and treat it with antibiotics.
no.
SEE A DOCTOR drink more water!!!!!!!!!!!
I doubt you are peeing mucus, it is more likely that you can see mucus when you pee. The mucus is caused by the hormones telling your body to create more of it than normal. However, if you are actually peeing mucus, you need to speak to your doctor as soon as possible, because you could have a yeast infection
It is normal for menstrual flow to contain the stringy black things you have described. They are probably small blood clots.
