Answer

That creamy white discharge is your natural lubrication. It makes it more comfortable to have sexual intercourse. If you didn't have it, sex would be painful. If you orgasm, you body will release more fluid. It's quite normal. If your boyfriend has a problem with this, he should get his head checked. The only way to prevent it is to never get aroused, and never orgasm, which I'm guessing would not be very fun.

Answer

For the last couple of days I've had the same thing -- of course my body always produces lubrication during sex, but the last few times it has been really white like thin cream, but there has been no abnormal smell or anything. I was wondering whether there was anything I needed to worry about -- no pain, no itching or anything, just really, really white.

You have small glands on the outside of your vagina right under your urethra that release lubrication when you are sexually excited. this may be what it is ---- Women also can ejaculate like men, without sperm. Women have a gland that is similar to a gland in men. Just most women do not know about it as much so they think it's not normal.

Yes. In fact she should have that. Because it lubricates the vagina so the intercourse would be with less friction. The discharge starts coming out when you are aroused. It's just a part of being a human.

For the most part, yes. If you notice itching, foul odor, or if it's green or gray, it's time to schedule with your OB.

Thick white discharge means what?

Thick white discharge during pregnancy is completely normal. It is because of increased estrogen production and greater blood flow to the vaginal area. This discharge is made up of secretions from the cervix and vagina, old cells from the walls of the vagina, and normal bacterial flora from the vagina. If the discharge has an odor and color I'd recommend seeing your doctor. If you are not pregnant then it could be yeast infection or leukorrhea - the odorless or mild-smelling milky discharge. !

Sometimes your body produces this discharge as a means to clean itself. If there is no foul odor and if it is not chronic, its usually normal (*I am not a doctor*) and nothing to worry about. The white thick discharge that you see is called vaginal secrections. Like said before if it does not have a odor than it's normal.

Thick white discharge neither guarantees nor rules out pregnancy. Technically, yes, you could be pregnant if you have thick white discharge, but having this discharge does not make you pregnant.
