no its very bad for your health and much later in life you could have a heart attack and die from it. if you wanna lose weight do it the healthy way and eat things low in fats and calories and exercise you'll end up strong and in good health. its hard but you can do it! unless your 7ft tall and all muscled up u shouldn't weight even close to 240lbs specially at your age
