∙ 11y agoI believe so. I gave my dog one because I heard him wince when he jumped off the bed. So, I think it's like this:
Small dog: 0.5 - 1mg
Medium dog: 1 - 2mg
Large dog: 2 - 4mg
It may not be accurate, so I suggest you do research.

∙ 12y agoYes, you can give melatonin to your dog. if it is a small dog, give them 0.5-1 mg of melatonin once a day. If it is a medium dog, give them 1-3 mg of melatonin 2-3 times a day. If it is a large dog, give it 5-6 mg of melatonin 2-3 times a day. If you give your dog too much of the drug, they could have symptoms such as diarrhea, vomitting, severe shaking, or seizures. If you have given your dog an overdose of the drug, contact a veternarian immediately.
