In answer to this, I would say that it's not OK to use chewing tobacco AT ALL- it's a sure recipe for getting mouth or throat cancer, and carries a much higher risk of this than tobacco does if you just smoke it. Don't do it- if you've got to consume baccy in some form or another, try to stick to cigarettes!!
