It's not quite possible to LOVE a boy at the age of 11, because that is the age that your head is all over the place, in a little while you may not even like the boy. Im 11 and i like a boy at school, and i really like him, but i dont love him! You will just have a Puppy Crush on the guy. And thats sweet and maybe he likes you too. Having a crush is just the same as love just a little bit less, but dont feel you should love a boy because your friend does, or you feel you should because you only like him a bit. Your friend WON'T love the guy either. Your still growing up, so it's fine just to Fancy him or have slight feelings for him.
Thats my advice, i say just like them the way you want, but dont take it to far if he doesnt like you.
