No, because after you immerse even one dish or whatever in the water, germs off of the dish will diffuse into the water. Because of these germs in the water and no filter to clean them out, you would be washing all your dishes in germy water, causing it to be significantly less clean than just taking the time to put them in the dishwasher.

Unless you mean a constant stream of water, in which case no, it's still not as clean, because there is no guarantee that you are getting every place on the dish which has germs on it. Even if you did, you're using up much more water in the process and thus costing yourself more money.

No. A hand washing sink is to be used only for washing hands and it must be available for that use at all times.

What is past tense of word dirty?

The word "dirty" is generally an adjective, and it describes a noun: there are dirty dishes in the sink. But it can also be a verb: to dirty (something), although it's not very common. If you are using it as a verb, the past tense would be "dirtied." The children dirtied the room, and we had to clean it up.

How to keep dishes out of the kitchen sink?

People are constantly moving around and not many have time to be doing dishes all the time. Each week, dishes pile up on top of each other in almost everyone’s kitchen sink. Who has time to do dishes as they appear anyways? In order to avoid mile-high piles of dishes, there are certain things every person can do to limit all those dishes in the sink. For starters, taking care of larger dishes, such as pots and pans, should be done right away. Larger items take longer to wash, so it’s best to get them out of the way the minute they land in the sink. Later on, this will allow you to finish the other dishes in five minutes or less. Also, dishes and silverware should be at least washed off as they are placed in the sink. This will save time later and it’s just common sense. If you don’t rinse plates and other items off, they don’t smell or look pleasant. To make things even easier, items that can simply be rinsed off should be moved straight to the dishwasher. It’s such a simple task to do that it shouldn’t even cross your mind a second time to do it. The more dishes that are removed from the sink and placed in the dishwasher, the less dishes and silverware there are in the kitchen sink. In case you want to reduce the amount of things in the sink as much as possible, using plastic utensils, plastic cups, and paper plates can be a good idea. Obviously, none of these things are reusable, so they can simply be tossed in the garbage. This option saves plenty of time and water, but they can take up quite a lot of space in a trash can. Dirty dishes are a person’s least favorite thing in the kitchen. Thankfully, there are plenty of ways to reduce the number of items in the sink. You can easily reduce the time you spend taking care of dirty dishes too. It’s quite simple and will allow you to relax in the end. A clean kitchen sink is a great thing to see.

Which is the better way to hand wash dishes by filling the sink with water and dishsoap or washing one by one sqirting dishsoap on a sponge while running hot water?

using running water (water temperature not a factor) is a better method of hand washing dishes than a sink full of water. Rinsing as you wash removes more contaminants than having the dishes soaking in dirty water. Based on basic decontamination practices run-off is dirty and rinsing is better. the friction of sponge with soap is more cleansing than soaking in water. basically, are you cleaner after a shower or a bath if you are covered in mud? shower is cleaner.
