you can have 2 babies on the sims If you mean The Sims 1 then no and yes. I read in the instruction manual that you must wait a short period of time before you get another baby request. Though it might be possible for two separate couples in the same house to both have a child in the infant stage simultaneously.

∙ 6y agoWithout a cheat, no. Though you may see many Sims 2 blogs about people having sextuplets, the only natural multiple-baby birth is twins in The Sims 2. The chance of having twins is about ten percent--increasing a bit if their parent was a twin.
It's possible for your sim to have more than 2 kids. If you age one of your other kids and have them move out your parents sims can 'Try for a Baby' and have more kids. They just can't live in the same house.

∙ 14y agoThis question could mean two things... Question #1. (How do you have more than two babies AT A TIME on the Sims 2 PC) There are hacks that you can find to get triplets. However, you cannot have triplets+ on the Sims 2 PC without cheatcodes or anything like that. The chance of getting twins on the Sims 2 PC is about ten percent. This increases slightly if the sims' parent is a twin. Possible Question (How do you have more than two babies in general?) The usual way. If you have two kids, and the parents are still young enough (not an elder) then get them to try for a baby, etc, etc. Hope this helps! ∙ 13y agoYes you can, you can get 2 babies, 3 babies, maybe even four. I think there is also a cheat that gives you twins. It isn't just ambitions that gives you more than one baby. You can get more than one baby without ambitions.

P.S: one of my Sims ended up with triplets and it was so hard looking after them. What a racket they made.

well pretty good question you see ea doesn't allow Lot of Sim games for ps2 because you can control the Sims in Sims 2 easy like the Sims 1 you have to have that yellow line tell what to do and same thing with Sims 3 so i suggest sell the Sims 2 game buy the Sims 1 or the Sims bursting out or i you have a laptop aka PC witch stands for portable computer you can get any Sim game and you can have babies and they age oh the Sims 1 babies just grow up to kids that is all hope this helps i mostly only know about the Sims bursting out the Sims 1 and Sims 2 the Sims busting out is little better than Sims 2 but the Sims 1 is better than both remember this is for PlayStation 2

If there isn't a My Sims for the PC, you can get the The Sims 2 Double Deluxe, The Sims 2 Pets, The Sims 3, The Sims 1, The Sims seasons, and many more. The difference is that you get married, have kids, play with better graphics, and you can have jobs and build or buy multi-level dream houses. I recommend The Sims PC games because they ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
