No this is not physically possible.
Yes it can be done with viruses, programming scripts.
But the most likely and easiest way is with permission base software such as LogMeIn and CrossLoops, which are remote assistance programs that you would first need to install on your end (computer) and then "Grant Permission" to the person assisting you.
I know this because I have done this 100's of times assisting people with their computer issues, as a computer support specialist for Dell On Call and Norton Symantec.
