No, there is currently no prenatal screening for autism.

There is research being carried out to determine autism while the baby is within the womb, however many within the autism community are concerned that this will lead to abortion of autistic children, which in turn has knock-on effects on autistic rights.

No, there is currently no pre-natal testing for autism - there is research to develop this type of testing, it will likely be available within the next few decades, however most within the autism community worry about this as it may lead to parents deciding to abort babies who are found to be autistic.

Presently, they don't have a medical test that can diagnose autism. Instead, specially trained physicians and psychologists administer autism-specific behavioral evaluations.

Often parents are the first to notice that their child is showing unusual behaviors such as failing to make eye contact, not responding to his or her name or playing with toys in unusual, repetitive ways.

No, it is not possible for autism to develop after birth.

Autism is a neurological difference, our brains are different to that of neurotypical people, and as such we are born Autistic. It's not possible for autism to develop after we're born or later in life, although regression is normal in Autistic babies around 18 months old so some people believe that babies can become Autistic after vaccination around the same time - this is a totally debunked theory.
