I would say the doctorate itself is an honor being the highest educational level of attainment. While there may be some schools that indicate honors for graduate degrees, I believe it is mostly reserved for undergraduate degrees. I had a 3.96 GPA for my master's degree, and no mention of honors....drat!
It depends on the college or university. Although there are some institutions that indicate honors at the graduate level, most I do not believe do. I graduated my master's with a 3.96 GPA, and no honors were mentioned.
There are some schools that award honors at the graduate level, but they are rare.
work hard and get passing grades in your school work!

The undergraduate degree is a bachelor's in social work (BSW), and the graduate degree is a masters in social work (MSW).
The highest is postdoctoral or a Ph.D degree. The second highest is masters degree. Both are called 'graduate' studies. The lowest level is the bachelor's degree or your 'undergraduate degree' in college.
A Master's degree is one example of a post graduate degree. To enroll in a post graduate degree (such as an Honours Degree) a student should already have completed a graduate degree. Degrees build on each other. A student needs a graduate degree to enroll in an Honours course, an Honours degree to enroll in a Masters Programme and a Master's degree to commence with a Doctorate.
