To get free berries on Pokemon Pearl, you pick berries you find around the region, plant them, and then pick them again when they are finished growing. With these, you can start the cycle again.
Synthetic Marijuana is created in labs, it all has to do with biochemistry and taking genes from a certain plant and growing it the way they want it to grow. It's like a test tube baby, nowadays you can pick the eye color and hair color and such of your baby based on your genes. They do this with Marijuana in labs to get rid of impurities and make them more potent. Of course I don't think this is widely done, and since it is illegal to sell, I'm sure there aren't any street dealer making synthetic marijuana.

Keep checking at the plant shows in some of the malls or other places that host plant shows. Some of the venders sell curry tree seedlings. It is becoming more common in Iloilo and Bacolod, and venders from Bacolod occasionally join the plant shows in Davao. Ironically, there is a small curry tree growing in People's Park, but I don't know if it's actually legal to pick a seed from it. It doesn't seem to have been planted. So, one must assume someone is growing curry nearby, and a bird ate the fruit and dropped a seed there.
