All women are different, so pretty much anything is possible. If you aren't sure if you are pregnant or not, take a home test or go see a doctor. Remember a lot of pregnancy and PMS symptoms are similar though.
I am in the same boat with you I have been getting so many signs that i may be pregnant fot the last two weeks and now they are just dissappearing and I am not due to have af until 3/31-4/1... I was so nauseus and my chest is still really sore...but the sick to my stomach feeling has gone away... Now I am just getting headaches and really really bad back aches.... My whole body seems tired and the cramps just won't stop!! I am not sure anymore!

I have been trying to conceive this month and I had the some symptoms and I'm not due to get my periods until 10/6 - 10/7, so wondering what's going one...i was really feeling blotted for about a week along with mild nausea, without vomiting and diarrhea and mild crampigng with backache...now everything is gone, don't knw what's going on?
