Now you own their soul, if you wish to sell it to lucifer, mark a pentagram, place the piece of paper in the center of the pentagram and light it on fire, say "I will sell you this soul(s) in exchange for <what you want>." Then put out the fire with boiling unholy water, if the paper stops burning/turns to ash, the devil has rejected you barter.

2.) you are able to steal it.

Since you can't have somebody else's soul the answer to the first part is no, and since you can't steal another persons soul then that parts answer is no as well.

If you are asking about the possibility, then yes. You know white people used to sell those Africans and make them their slaves. And this process of "someone selling someone else" still happens in a lot of countries. It's just that it happens underground; means it happens on smaller scale.
