yes.................... drink as much as possible and shoot some heroine while snorting about half a gram of cocaine.. Then repeat the process until u have the nuts to perform the surgery on yourself.

I would not drink beer before having anesthesia. Most Doctors recommend no food or drink [including water!] after midnight the night before your surgery. This is very important, because it keeps it from being inhaled into your lungs while in surgery. Because anesthetics suspend reflexes that would allow that to happen.
