If you do not have any conflicting issues with the meds eg: irregulat heart beat, shallowed breathing, or just either of the two mentioned that one med warns of than your ok. It should be fine. Also, you might want to ask you doctor about Zanaflex. It's a great muscle relaxer and does have flexeral in it.

∙ 12y agoI have a prescribtion for hydrocodone 10/325 and Tizanidine (generic for xanaflex) 2mg twice daily. In all I take 1mg klonopin, 12.5mg phinagrin (sp?) 10mg lortab and 2mg xanaflex when I have my coffee in the morning.
I can only speak for myself. I am not a doctor, and everyone's system is different. I would ask your pharmisist or doctor as they know about all of your meds and health conditions. ie blood pressure etc.

It is perfectly safe to take Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitors with hydrocodone. They do not interact or effect one another. SSRI's only affect the serotonin levels in your brain, hydrocodone blocks nerve receptors, which helps with pain. So any SSRI anti-depressant is safe to take with hydrocodone. Edit: I wouldn't say it is perfectly safe. Serotonin Syndrome can happen and isn't something you just brush off
