SSRI's only affect the serotonin levels in your brain, hydrocodone blocks nerve receptors, which helps with pain. So any SSRI anti-depressant is safe to take with hydrocodone. Well, Hydrocodone and Tramadol are both similar in effects but Hydrocodone is not synthetic like Hydrocodne, it completely safe taken with ibuprofen, take a low dose because ibprofen and tramdol are both anit-inflamitory as well.
