∙ 12y agoI have honestly taken a look at other vistamins and compared them to my current prenatal vitamins that i am taking and they have pretty much exactly the same amount of mgs for everything in them there really isn't much difference at all. I was actually told by my doctos to continue taking them through my breastfeeding period as well, and it says right on the bottle "to be taken prior to pregnancy or during" So i guess that answers that!
