The notion that all Asian guys have small penises is a generalizing stereotype, much like the stereotype that all black men have large penises (which is also untrue).
The point is, some do and some do not.
It depends more on genetics than nationality.

My answer: I'm not the type to stereotype, but I like men of all races and while not all black men are well hung (though slightly more seem to be), every Asian man I've seen has been very small. Sorry, but it's the truth.
