∙ 15y agoNo. Since it is really a tatoo using the same ink as other tatoos, it fades or bleeds over time (usually 3-5 years). Also the areas around the eye are very high in natural oils and in constant motion which contributes to fading. A finer line is best to start with since it will get wider fairly quickly. Also, be sure to have a licensed and experienced cosmetician do ANY permanent makeup- and do a test first to ensure there is no allergic reaction

Personally i would use a dark brown or a gray color. Also try to use the eye liner just on your upper lash line. You can also use a glitter eye liner over your blue eye liner if your feel adventurous.
