Generally, Yes.
If possible, carry your laptop onto the plane as hand luggage.
It is not a good idea to check a laptop in as luggage for the hold as it may be stolen by baggage handling staff. They can tell there is a valuable laptop in there because all luggage is X-Ray scanned.
yes but they will be in baggage car because they are not allowed in passenger cabin
I have attached two links - one for cabin baggage and one for hold baggage. Look below at the links.
Strictly one item of cabin baggage per passenger (excluding infants) weighing up to 10kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm is permitted. (handbag, briefcase, laptop, shop purchases, camera etc.) must be carried in your 1 permitted piece of cabin baggage.
Please check with your airline as there is no single standard answer. The permitted size and weight, and the number of items, can vary by flight, carrier and country of origin and destination.
It is considered to be a flammable substance, but in small enough quantities would be allowed to be carried on in cabin baggage. Ask the airline you are travelling with for precise directions as to this matter.
In the baggage car is the porter's cabin, and there is a spare jacket and hat. You only have to wear the hat to fool Tesla. You can only go to Tesla's cabin after you have spoken to Mlle. Moreau in the baggage car. You need the key from his cabin to open the smudged chest.
A baggage hold is an alternative term for a cargo bin, a compartment on a plane used to store luggage which will not fit safely into the passenger cabin.
It is in the baggage car and his cabin. However, you will need the key.
According to the TSA website (TSA.gov) lighters are permitted under special circumstances. You can bring a lighter on in your CARRY-ON baggage. Lighters that are unfilled/unfueled are allowed in your CHECKED baggage, but filled/fueled are not allowed unless in a special case (this is because prefilled lighters, such as a bic, can explode in the unpressurized underbelly of the plane, while the cabin is pressurized, which would prevent rupture).

When being screened by the USA screeners -- TSA -- the guideline is that you carry nothing sharp in your carry-on baggage.
