It all depends on how you prefer to play.
If you prefer to over power your opponents, then use light magic.
Pros: Very powerful and you get healing magic early. Perfect for aggressive players
Cons: Very Particular, not very well rounded and only a few of enemies you'll encounter are light based. Also, light users gets weaker stat gains in proportion to the power of the spells themselves.
Dark magic, on the other hand, is extremely versatile and perfect for a more strategic player. recommended for more seasoned players.
Pros: Very flexible and you will have a more of an advantage over many enemies. Dark magic also gets better stats than light users.
Cons: Dark magic is THE element that guzzles magic like it's red bull. It's also the slowest learned in terms of how soon you lean the spells for it.
In the end, it's all up to you
You can pick light magic and become a tank or go for dark magic if you want a challenge.
As with just about everything, the sun will heat dark-coloured sand faster than light coloured sand. Dark colours absorb heat better than light colours.
Germs multiply much quicker in light (daytime) and lessen in number in darkness. So it is better to keep your room dark (switch the lights off) when you are not there. Talha
dark
The heat capacity of a room is the same, whether it's lighted or dark, although a lit room will be warmer than a dark room (all other factors being the same). Adding mass to a room will change its heat capacity. More mass will slow down a temperature change. Less mass will speed it up.

I heard that not using gummy frogs until you reach Gren(Wood Planet) works, but it doesn't. You have to have 100 "amigos", upon meeting the 100th "amigo", you receive an egg, containing the light/dark egg character. Hope this helps! from, LibraSnake

Alum crystals typically grow better in a dark environment as light exposure can cause the crystals to degrade or discolor. It is important to store alum crystals in a dark place to maintain their quality and appearance.
I think dark since they hate the light. . . :) plus they are used to it. They also see the world as a mosaic
