If you use YouTube Audioswap, then Youtube automatically adds a disclaimer. If you do not add a disclaimer, youtube will remove your video's sound, making your video completely silent. If you claim ownership for the music, you can be taken to court. I've added music to some of m videos, and have always added a disclaimer. I haven't had any problems.
