Mercury has a rocky surface, it is the closest planet to the sun in the solar system (however not the hottest). There are only 4 gas giants in our solar system, (Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Uranus) how ever astronomers have discovered many other gas planets orbiting other stars in the galaxy. Hope this helps you:)
Mercury has a solid surface and is not a gas planet.
No. Quite the opposite actually. Mercury has a rocky surface and almost no atmosphere.
NO.
The core of mercury is made up of iron, it is a solid surface
The planet Mercury has a solid surface . ~ Look to the related link below .
Mercury's surface conditions are very much like the moon's surface conditions. Light areas and dark areas... It is very hot on Mercury, as it is very close to the Sun. But, surprisingly, it is not the hottest planet. Venus is the hottest planet...but let's not get there, shall we? It is basically impossible to stand on Mercury as it is just a ball of gas. The surface of Mercury is solid. It's never gaseous. The surface temperature can go as high as 840 degrees Fahrenheit. This is not hot enough to form a gas out of solid rock. It is hot enough to melt some metals.
I dont know
Mercury is the only metal that is liquid at standard conditions for temperature and pressure
There are no craters on Saturn, since it is a gaseous planet. It has no solid surface like that of the Earth or moon for example.
The first four planets (Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars) are known as "Rocky planets" because they have a surface that you can stand on.
Mercury is very much Solid and not Gaseous thank you for reading P.S do not listen to anything others tell you about this subject unless it is the same as me Anonymous xxx :)
No, Pluto's surface is solid nitrogen ice.
Mercury does have a solid surface
No, as it is a gaseous plant it has no solid surface.
No. It is gaseous, as it is for most stars.
mercury does have a solid surface
yes it does

Solid. Pluto is composed primarily of rock and ice, and since it is cold that far from the sun, even the ice is a solid surface.
Gaseous gas giant meaning it has no solid surface
