Norco is a name brand it comes in 5/325 or 10/325 Percocet comes in the same but it is much stronger I have been on it for more then 3 yrs and have had just about all of them Ive found it works longer but for you it may be different you just need to find something that works best for you and not worry about if one is stronger then the other "Get something that works best for you!

What is neo-percodan?
Neo-Percodan does not contain the oxycodone that is in Percodan. Rather, it contains 65mg of Dextropropoxyphene and 500mg acetaminophen. This is only marketed in Mexico as far as I know. Neo-Percodan is nowhere near as potent as Percodan.
Is neo-percodan a Mexican narcotic?

It's maybe a little stronger than Darvocet-N 50." Having tried some myself, I found that probably to be true -- needed more of them to relive the pain than I would of Vicodin, but got none of the side effects (such as a high feeling).
