Many people in the world are taking up more, and more of the earths NON REUSABLE resource's. The thing is instead of using coal and oil why don't we use REUSABLE resource's instead. Scientists and inventors should start thinking of more ways to make this world more green. We are polluting the earth with all the use of oil, gas, coal... We should start changing this into more environmentally friendly ways like solar energy, wind power, water power, and many more. If we don't change this there will be no world left to protect. :(
Because some areas are much harder to live in: too cold, too hot, too dry, too wet, not fit to raise food on. The population tends to gather where it's easier to grow food and find water and other resources that they need. Please look at this answer and try to understand the meaning. One key difference is the level of technology available. Modern culture has access to advanced technologies and tools that prehistoric cultures did not have, allowing for more efficient use of resources and higher productivity. Additionally, modern culture has a more complex infrastructure and global trade networks that enable access to resources from around the world.
We are more concerned about conserving natural resources than we used to be. HOWEVER - even though it's only been a short time that humans have been using up Earths's natural resources, it will take thousands - if not millions of years for the Earth to naturally replenish those resources. Unfortunately - the human race may not be around that much longer - if astronomers predictions (that we are on a collision course with the Andromeda galaxy) are correct !
No they are not the dominant agent for shaping Earth's surface because there are more natural resources: volcanoes, river, mountains, etc.
70% or 80% of water covers the earths surface
1,321 Earths can fit in Jupiter.
About 10% of earth's 6,650,000,000 people are in a same sex relationship.
In terms of volume, 1320 Earths.

Well to put it bluntly, if everyone on the planet were to use the same amount amount of resources that the Americans use then we would need 4 Earths. I tried looking for an answer but found no information. It seems that the US government doesn't want people to know how much they are wasting. Americans are using up the world's resources at a great cost to third world countries. When you take into account slavery and theft, the western world owes Africa in the region of $1000 Trillion, that's right Trillion. Hope it answers your question.
