Although Palkia is genderless in the game, it is referred to as a male in Pkmn Mystery Dungeon 2. In the Japanese version it talked like a guy!!! Dont think it's a girl just because it's pink. Pink Panther is a guy!!! Here, watch this:

To tell the truth, Groudon, Kyogre, Dialga, Giratina, Arceus(because he's a god) AND Palkia are all males!!!
