ADDED: While I believe that anyone who engages in Russian Roulette is probably 'certifiable' and SHOULD be committed . . . after 30 years in law enforcement I have yet to come acrosss a SPECIFIC law that prohibits this particular named pastime. It is legal, as it is counted as suicide. Pointing a loaded gun to your head is suicide, so it is legal. If a person is near, it would be counted as assisted suicide, so that person would be in trouble.

Since you can't charge a dead body with a crime, as long as any players of the game are licensed to carry weapons, and the game is played in an are where there is no possible harm of others, then yes. Playing Russian Roulette is legal.

probably not but it would be considered attempted suicide so if you get caught you be put in a nut house... i wouldn't recommend it. if you have someone with you and you bite the bullet then there going to prison for assisting suicide.
