It's homeland treason. Yet not against a nation where treason usually applies. Its against civilians. Police retaliation is against those without the means to protect them selfs against a foe of unlimited surveillance and intelligence at their disposal with the means to disrupt or discredit a civilians life to submission with little to no traceable evidence of retaliation even happening.
Because police take your money or time, not your life
No. It is when you are sentenced to death in a court and the sentence is carried out in a prison. The police do not do it.
I think that the goal of capital punishment in the U.S. is that it wants to show people how they can get killed as how they killed/murdered another person/people as a crime and the police can track you easily because of technology these days.
A capital crime is quite simply, one that can be punished by death- hence capital punishment. For many years New York State had a mandatory law that the deliberate murder of a police officer was a capital crime- no questions asked. For somewhat unstated motives, former New York Governor Hugh Carey was able to strike down this measure, which provoked the literary pun that he had become ( a Saving Grace to killers of Cops!) Murder is nearly always held as a capital crime- but there are discretionary angles for judges.
The punishment for obstructing police in Michigan is up to two years in prison, and a fine of up to 2,000.00. One can get one or both of these punishments.
The motto of Capital Territory Police is 'Lets beat crime together'.
Its usually just a fine if considered a misdemeanor but if caught with large amounts then it could be considered a felony but if it is grown in the comfort of you own home then police have to get a search warrant but chances are there not going to do that.
Maryland-National Capital Park Police was created in 1953.
you will be reported to the police
if assault is given without provocation then punishment is 3 months or fine 500 /rs or both and if on provocation then punishment is 1 month or 200 rs or both
The punishment for running away in Washington is unclear because this is not considered to be a crime. In most states, including Washington, the police can pick up the teen who has run away and return that teen to his or her home. In some cases there can be fines levied against the parents.
