This depends on the weight. I was recently arrested for a FALSE positive on a NarkII field kit.
The officer was Wolff un Montgomery county Maryland. He was boastful and very unprofessional. I look ahead to the trouble he caused me, but the lawsuit that is being pursued against ALL officers involved will be interesting.
