Very much so. Potassium is one of the most reactive metals on the Periodic Table, and Zinc is somewhere in the middle in terms of reactivity (not nearly as reactive as alkali metals, much more reactive than precious metals like silver, gold, etc.).

Both Cesium and Potassium react by losing their one valance (outer shell) electron. Cesium has a larger atomic radius and more lower electron shells between its positively charged nucleus and valence electron than does potassium.

This makes it easier for Cesium to lose that electron.

potassium is more reactive because it is in the alkali metal group (1st group on the periodic table) which is the most reactive metal group on the periodic table
