Not normally. All potato breads I have seen at regular grocery stores are NOT gluten-free, but check the label to be sure. They are made with a combination of pototo and wheat flours.
If your store has a gluten-free section, you will see that most are rice or corn- based breads.

Five gluten free snacks: Nuts Popcorn Corn Chips (some may have gluten in them, but I have had no problem with them so far) Potato chips (Lays potato chips do not have any gluten in them!!)
