Prostitution (as in all Gulf Countries) is illegal. I don't want to lie and say that it's not available, because it is, there are a lot of places to find women with these services, however if they get caught they'll get banned.
I don't like to stereotype, but if you go into clubs, bars, or certain hotels, there will usually be Chinese, Russian, Moroccan, or Philipino prostitutes.
There were so many Chinese prostitutes, that as a result, the government has made it harder for women between the age of 20 and 30 from China to get a tourist visa. To be hoenst I think that it is completely unfair and that is not the way of solving the problem.
Some prostitutes are smart. They know there are a lot of rich men and Shaikhs out here so they'd go upper class events or even shopping malls and flirt. They'd persuade men thinking that they've probably met a girl that likes him when in fact it's just a lure.
